Equestrian SA & SACE

Equestrian South Australia, in conjunction with the South Australian Department of Education is now offering students the opportunity to undertake formal training in Equine studies, whilst still at school.

This exciting development allows students to undertake up to eight modules of Equestrian Australia’s nationally recognised NCAS courses and on completion be awarded SACE credits.

All modules are self paced with assessment by qualified NCAS Assessors - details available from ESA. They are available to school students enrolling with ESA at a price of $35 each plus p&h.

These modules provide an important stepping stone into many career paths within the Australian Equine Industry as well as consolidating knowledge that will aid students in pursing tertiary qualifications in Equine studies. For more information about these courses look on the EA National web site under Education/Coaching and Officiating.

Students enrolling can train with any coach but must be assessed by NCAS Registered Coach Educators or Skill Specific Trainer Assessors.

Each module has 10 SACE credits or one unit and are awarded under the Community Learning program details at www.sace.sa.edu.au

Enrolment is easy - see the form below or call for more information.
