WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Your measuring application form, filled out
  • Your registration papers
  • Your horse measuring cards &
  • Your payment - (correct money please)

$15 measuring fee per horse - EA members
$25 annual measure for  - non members
$70 life measure EA
$75 life measure SHC

In the event, general scheduled measuring dates and locations for all members, isn't convenient for you, a member can request a private measuring day for $500.00.

WHAT TO BRING: Measuring application form filled in with correct details (can be found on the ESA Website) /attached

Horses must be presented with a bridle/bitted

Registration papers (hard copy) for each horse being measured

Previous measuring cards (if any)

Membership card/proof of current membership

There is no requirement to book in, however, it can take up to 15-20 minutes to process each horse/pony. With this in mind, please be aware that you may have to wait in line if several horses arrive at the same time. Please be patient.

Forward Plan;

  • The next available measuring day will be Friday, at Strathalbyn, on the 3rd March 2023, starting at 1pm
  • While there was a proposed date in Clare, in between Mt Pleasant & Strathalbyn, that will not transpire.
  • The next available measuring day will be Friday, at Strathalbyn, on the 3rd March 2023, starting at 1pm
  • The DC’s will be working with Chief Measurer in building their measuring schedule for the immediate future and will post this in due course, aiming to provide a few more dates for the balance of the year.
