WHO IS IT FOR?

Businesses or groups which align with Equestrian Australia (EA) to access EA services for a commercial benefit.

TYPES OF COMMERCIAL AFFILIATES:

Corporate members (e.g. equestrian centres, businesses)
Riding centres/schools
Horse breeders/studs

Note:
- Syndicate/ Corporate Ownership / Breeders:
This membership type is for those wishing to register horses only.
What can’t you do: No ads on EV Website, Owners are owners only – no voting rights, non-competitor, no insurance.

- Commercial / Trader:
Businesses or groups which align with Equestrian Australia (EA) to access EA services for a commercial benefit.

Corporate members, horse breeders and studs may purchase a competition licence

AFFILIATION REQUIRMENTS

Note: New Affiliate Applications and club renewals can NOW be made Online. Renewing Affiliates, login through your Access MyEA portal, replacing the printed form. (If your club is unable to make payment via the online system you can still download the Application Form and submit manually)

Copies of the following must be provided as part of the affiliation application;

Proof of Current Incorporation. (Certificate and/or Proof of your Last Annual Statement lodged)
A copy of Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency. (MUST be for $20,000,000 or more with a minimum of 12 months coverage)
A copy of Risk Management Policy including Biosecurity Policy & Plan.
In completing this affiliation form, all groups seeking affiliation, recognise and acknowledge that ALL affiliated events dates, regardless of discipline, must be ratified by the respective Equestrian SA Discipline Sub-Committee prior to publication or advertisement.
Verify that the is Child Safe Guarding and a Child Safety Officer, operating under NIF Framework SA.

Affiliations will not be finalised until all paperwork has been received and accepted by the EA State Branch office.
