Info For Event Organisers

Everything you need to run an EA Affiliated Competition!

Before you get started, to run an EA Affiliated Show you need to be an EA Affiliated Club. Follow the link below to learn more, see fees & join today!

Club & Affiliate Membership

You will need to have insurance to become an EA Affiliated Club. You can choose to do this through EA's prefered insurer; Marsh Sport - find the benefits HERE. Or you can find your own insurer.

Once joined up you can start planning your event! Your Show Application must be sent to and approved by the relevant Equestrian SA Discipline Committee (DC), before promotion of the show, publishing the program and opening of entries can take place. This is to check your event abides by all EA/FEI Rules and Regulations and doesn't clash with another ESA same discipline competition.

Once the show is approved, the DC will notify you with the good news, as well as the ESA Office and we will add your show to the Monthly Calendar!

The Office and your DC is here to support you with anything you may need help with along the whole process of organising and running your event.
