Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Equestrian SA Inc. to be held at 7:00pm on 26th October at the Equestrian SA Office - Conference Room, Unit 10, 2 Cameron Road, Mount Barker SA.

All Equestrian SA member are welcome.  Only eligible members will be able to vote.

Nomination for Election to the Equestrian SA Board

Under the Equestrian SA Constitution, the terms of three current Board members will conclude at the AGM.  In addition to the three elected director positions that will be up for election, a casual vacancy position currently exists on the board, for the period through until October 2017. In accordance with the ESA constitution, casual vacancy positions are appointed by the ESA board and the board will look to make this appointment near the time of the AGM from applications received through this process. Accordingly nominations are invited to fill these positions on the Board from suitably qualified and experienced people, with the commitment and resilience to oversee all equestrian sports under the ESA banner.  The term is for three (3) years.

Nomination for Election to the Discipline Committees

In accordance with the Constitution, nominations are called for the following

Discipline Committee Members.  The term is for three (3) years.

• Two (2) Members         –         Coaching Committee
• Three (3) Members       –         Dressage Committee
• Four (4) Members         –         Driving Committee
• Four (4) Members         –         Eventing Committee
• Three (3) Members       –         Show Horse Committee
• Six (6) Members            –         Show jumping Committee
• Four (4) Members         –         Vaulting Committee
