This is to advise you that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Equestrian South Australia (ESA) will be held on:

Time: 7.00pm (ACDT)

Format: In Person & Telecommunications (Online) Meeting

Notice of Motion

Members wishing to bring a motion before the AGM may do so by completing and returning the attached form. All forms must be received by ESA no later than 12pm (ACDT) on Sunday, 21 December 2025

This allows all motions to be reviewed and included in the Notice of Meeting for all members to consider and resolve at the AGM.

The Notice of Meeting will be sent to all members in January 2026 and will include registration details and any questions or motions submitted by members.
