Resignation of ESA Staff Member

Dear Members,

We regret to advise you that Prim Cromwell recently resigned. Prim has been with ESA for approximately 2.5 years and has made a valuable contribution, even during challenging times, to the operations of ESA, being one of the first points of contact, dealing with registrations, transfers and membership among other tasks.

We will miss Prim and her bubbly demeanour around the office.  Prim has provided great support to me during my tenure and I wish her well in her new found freedom when she leaves us to enjoy the finer things in life.

Prim’s last day is the 1st April 2021 we wish her well for the future.

We will begin a recruitment process for replacement staff on completion of a review.

In the interim we have engaged Judy Clutterbuck to assist us during this time.  Judy has qualifications and extensive experience in the management and provision of social services and has worked as a volunteer within the Equestrian community, more recently as the Secretary of the Dressage DC.  Judy has taken a leave of absence from the Dressage DC during her interim tenure with ESA.

We are fortunate to have Judy assist us during this time and welcome her to the team.  Judy commenced a handover with Prim this week.

Regards,

Julie Anderson
Executive Officer
