SA JUMPING COMMITTEE FORUM

Order of Business:  To call for nominations for the ESA Jumping Committee

NOMINATIONS will be accepted either in writing prior to the meeting or in person on the night.

Nominees must be a Member who is a natural person over the age of 18 years and who is entitled to vote.

Prior nominations of candidates for election as SA Jumping Committee Members must be:

• made in writing on the form provided Annexure B: and

• signed by any two Members; and

• accompanied by the written consent of the nominee.

Prior nominations must be made by returning a completed nomination form to the Executive Officer of the Association by no later than 5.00 pm on 26^th November 2015.

The nomination form must be delivered to the Association in any one of the following ways:

• by mail (postmarked no later than 24^th November 2015) to the Associations postal address which is Unit 10 – 2 Cameron Road Mount Barker SA 5061; or

• by lodging it directly with the Association at its registered office which is located at Unit 10 – 2 Cameron Road Mount Barker SA 5061; or

• by facsimile to the Association on 08 8391 5799; or by email to the Association on [email protected]

NOTES:

Nominations are invited to fill the following positions:

• Seven (7) Members – Show jumping Committee

• The term is three years.

• Nominations will then be forwarded to the ESA Board for ratification. 

• If the number of nominations received exceeds the number of vacancies to be filled a ballot shall be conducted by the ESA Board to determine the Discipline Committee Members.
