EA Volunteer Week 2026 Nominations

National Volunteers Week is taking place from Monday 18/05/2026 – Sunday 24/05/2026, and Equestrian Australia would like to recognise and celebrate the incredible volunteers who make our sport possible across the country.

From coaches, officials and committee members to event helpers, parents, and club volunteers – our sport simply would not run without the dedication of volunteers at every level.

As part of our National Volunteers Week campaign, we are inviting State Branches and Clubs to nominate volunteers to be featured across Equestrian Australia’s social media channels throughout the week.

We would love for you to submit:

• Volunteer name and contact email
• Club/organisation
• Volunteer role
• A short paragraph (2–4 sentences) about why they are valued
• A photo (if available)

We encourage clubs to recognise and thank their volunteers locally throughout the week as well, and we will also be sharing a small Volunteer Recognition Toolkit that clubs can use across their own channels.
