NOTICE OF MOTION
Any Notice of Motion must be received by the Board on the correct, filled out form and emailed to: [email protected] no later than 5.00pm (ACDT), Friday 18th September 2026, being no less than 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
QUESTIONS
Members may submit questions to the ESA Board in advance of the Meeting via email to: [email protected] by 5.00pm (ACDT), Friday 25th September 2026. Questions received in advance will be given priority, questions may also be received from the floor time permitting.
REMOTE ATTENDANCE
And don’t forget, Members wishing to attend remotely can join via Microsoft Teams, but you must register in advance by emailing: [email protected]
