Announcement by the Board

In July 2018 ESA terminated the contract of its then executive officer Sharon Cimarosti. The circumstances of her dismissal caused Ms Cimarosti to commence legal proceedings against ESA in the Federal Court of Australia.

ESA is pleased to advise members that the matter has been resolved on terms agreed between the parties. The financial terms of the settlement are confidential.
