JustGo is Live!

Equestrian Australia's new IT system has now officially gone live, and ESA is now using this national system. This upgrade is designed to improve our services and streamline processes for all members across Australia.

An account has been created for you linked to the email on your previous Member profile, your username in the new Just Go system will be your email.  To access this account, go to https://equestrianaustralia.justgo.com/ and using this username, click on the Forgot Password link. An automated message will be sent to you, with instructions on how to set your password.
Once you have set your password, the system will log you in automatically and enable you to complete your membership profile.

Membership profile review

Following the account set-up process, you will have access to the membership area. All members will need to update and/or validate membership information. This will include some new questions that have been added. Follow these steps to complete the membership review:

  • Under MEMBERSHIP, click on the State membership category to confirm your membership details are correct.
  • Next select MEMBER DETAILS, and complete the questions on the About Me tab. The FEI tab will display the FEI Registration Number for any FEI registered athletes.
  • For Coaches and Officials only, EA will be publishing a new Coach Finder and Officials Finder.  However, before these Finder functions are published on the platform, coaches and officials will need to confirm they are a happy to feature and complete some basic information.
  • The PROFILE section captures the information completed during the account set-up process within the Basic Details and Opt In tabs. In an effort to ensure members emergency contact details are up to date, this information was not transferred. Please ensure at least one emergency contact is added.

A Quick Reference Guide to help you through the process can be accessed HERE.

Horse Profiles

Horse profiles can be found within the Horse Hub, which is accessed via the Menu in the top left corner of the screen.

All the readily available data related to horse registration details, competition licences and ownership information that could be extracted from MyEA has been imported.

EA acknowledge there are gaps where data was either unable to be extracted from MyEA or is still to be processed and uploaded. Initially you may find some horse-related data - such as competition licences and new or updated data from the change freeze period - may be missing. Members should not be concerned as we are still processing this data and expect it will start to appear on the new platform in the coming days.

During the data migration process, information relating to identification such as markings, brands and origin has not been transferred. However, during the verification period, the horse hub will have a number of fields enabled to allow members to add or update this information as required.

Please also pay particular attention to the listed owner(s) on your horse, as this information could not be extracted easily from the old system. This required us to make some assumptions during the data importing process to differentiate current and former owners. If you find discrepancies, please alert your State Branch or email [email protected]

Competition Results

As part of the phased approach for the new IT platform, it was always planned that competition results will initially only be available to administration teams. The next phase of the implementation will enable results to be linked to riders, horses and officials through the member portal view. All recent results have been uploaded into the system to enable general entry checking and MER verification, while historical results are continuing to be processed and uploaded as part of the data migration process.

Coming Soon

Coaching accreditation data has been uploaded to the new IT platform so coaches are encouraged to review and verify the information available. We are continuing the migration of the accreditation information for Officials and expect it will be available under the Credentials tab in the PROFILE section by the end of this week. Please note that while all of the related data will have been imported, the associated documentation still requires uploading. These materials will appear against your credentials over the coming weeks.

EA will be notifying you once this process is complete as a prompt for this information to be reviewed and verified.

Mobile phone access

The new IT system has a mobile responsive design which means you can access it on your phone. The Horse Hub is a newly developed module for this platform, so you may find on a couple of the screens the user interface layout appears compacted, particularly when reviewing / updating the additional information fields or buy competition licences. We expect this issue will be resolved in coming days, but in the meantime it is still accessible via the desktop view.

Data security and protection

Members have asked us about protecting the information of members that is contained on the new IT platform. One of the key benefits of the new system is the stronger data security and cybersecurity capability that is in place to protect member information.

EA can also ensure members that all membership and registration data, and personal information will remain secure on the platform and will not be shared with third parties.

Help and Support

While the new IT platform is an opportunity to better serve members, we also recognise we are undertaking a significant change so we need to expect some challenges with the transition.

An EA helpdesk has been established to assist members. Members with any system-related issues should contact the support team via email [email protected]. The support team will aim to respond to your query in a timely manner. Email is the fastest and most effective channel for members to contact the helpdesk – it will be more efficient for members than contacting EA via a telephone call.

While our ESA team becomes familiar with the new system, we ask that you direct any technical issues or system-related problems in the first instance to EA's support team.

If you need further assistance or have general inquiries, please contact our team at: [email protected]

We will respond to your emails as quickly as possible and will ensure your queries are handled promptly.

Membership Payments During Transition

If you made a membership payment during the blackout period, please be assured that your membership will be applied in the new system over the next few days. We are working to ensure all payments are processed and reflected correctly in your member profile.

Your Patience is Appreciated

We understand that transitions can sometimes cause minor inconveniences, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as our team adapts to the new system. We're committed to maintaining the high level of service you expect from us, and we're confident this new system will ultimately enhance your experience as an ESA member.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
