Dear Members,

Several months ago the Board called for expressions of interest to fill existing casual vacancies.

We were delighted with the quality and depth of all that expressed interest and wish to thank you accordingly.

We are extremely pleased to announce that we have secured the services of two highly qualified people to fill the outstanding casual vacancies.

As chair I would like to welcome Helen Coleiro, and Naomi Mashford

Horsewise, she is a current committee member of her local pony club, and has been a past committee member of the DCSA. She is passionate about the welfare of horses in their training and competition lives as well as in their retirement.

Naomi brings an extensive Corporate Business background at Senior Executive level.

Naomi hold an MBA (Adel Uni), is a current G level Dressage judge and has also been a committee member of DSA, DCSA and MCDCNaomi has specialized expertise in the following areas-

  • Culture change programs
  • Strategic Planning
  • HRM and communications
  • Sales and service programs and systems
  • Business Reengineering
  • Staff Training and development
  • Public speaking
  • Financial analysis

The Board looks forwards to working with these new Board members as we progress your interests into the future

We also thank all those whom offered suggestions for the scope and terms of reference for the Governance review which is

slowly moving forwards to finalizing  the Terms of reference with the support of the Department

This is a slow process, but by being un rushed, will produce a far more comprehensive outcome to lead ESA into the future
